Find three “glad texts” and write a poem/draw a picture about them

Instead of criticizing someone, kindly show them a better way. (pg

Pollyanna made the whole town happy! Find stories of little people
making other people happy. (pg 155)
Pollyanna appreciated her legs more after she lost them.
1) Lose a sense or a limb for a day. Then write down what
you learned, and how you appreciate that sense/limb.
2) Think about all the things you wouldn’t be able to do if
you lost a certain sense/limb.
